Will the design of my jewellery change?
Studio is told to keep every bead, stone, chain and colour exactly as in your photo, and it usually does. AI can still slip on very fine details, so check each photo before you list it. If a photo changed your design, write to us and we will refund the credits.
What is the difference between Single Shot, Studio Set and HD Shot?
Single Shot makes one AI scene of your choice at 1024 px: for example, a display shot, in-hand shot, worn shot or white hero, depending on your product. Studio Set makes 4 different scenes in one go at 1024 px each. HD Shot makes one scene of your choice at 1536 px for more detail.
What photo should I upload?
One product (or one pair) on a plain surface, in focus, in daylight, with a little space around it. Do not upload collages, photos with price text, or several different products in one photo.
Can I use these photos on Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart and Instagram?
Yes. The photos are yours to use on any marketplace or social media. Marketplaces want the main photo on a white background, so use the White hero photo first.
How do credits work, and are they the same as MeeShip image credits?
Studio has its own credits, separate from MeeShip image credits. Single Shot costs 1 credit, Studio Set costs 4 and HD Shot costs 3. New users get 2 free trial credits, enough for two Single Shots. Packs start at Rs 99 for 10 credits. Each pack has a validity period (7 to 60 days), shown on the pack, and a new purchase extends it.
What if something goes wrong?
If a photo cannot be made, your credits are refunded automatically.
